Using the American Flag as Art in Your Home

In honor of President’s Day, I thought I would share some images of rooms that use the American Flag as art. I think that our nation’s flag is beautiful, and it can add majesty, color, and a big dose of patriotism to any space.  If you have a large wall space to fill, an oversized flag can do the trick. I especially like vintage flags, but new flags are beautiful, too. Flags can be hung on the wall without frames, which make them a very economical choice.

I used a new flag on the wall in my son’s bedroom (below), setting the color scheme for the space and establishing an Americana motif.
